Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking a Sr. Clinical Quality Specialist to oversee clinical and regulatory compliance across EMS operations. You will lead the QA/QI program, analyze clinical data, and drive improvements through education and process optimization.

The role requires a Paramedic license (Washington) with 3 years in pre-hospital advanced life support, BLS/ACLS/PALS/PHTLS, and relevant certifications. Occasional travel and collaboration with multiple stakeholders are expected.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Current State of Washington Paramedic license.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS certifications.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in direct delivery of pre-hospital advanced life support as a Paramedic.
  • IHI or HarvardX Improvement Science certification preferred.
  • Experience in delivering pre-hospital care and coaching is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the QA/QI program.
  • Evaluates clinical and operational performance with respect to patient care and documentation.
  • Works with the Medical Program Director and the EMS QI group to oversee clinical performance and compliance.
  • Conducts and coordinates clinical investigations and interviews.
  • Coordinates with the training department and external agencies to drive process improvements.
  • Communicates with AMR’s data analysts and participates in stakeholder meetings.

Education
