Job summary

Altera Digital Health in the U.S. is seeking a Sr Implementation Consultant to lead Sunrise EMR Core and Ambulatory deployments for Manitoba clients, plus related products such as DBmotion, CPM, Opal, and the Patient Portal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years healthcare IT implementation experience.
• Strong EMR/EHR system knowledge.
• Altera Sunrise EMR Core/Ambulatory expertise preferred.
• Experience in formal EMR deployment projects.
• Clinical SME with clinic rollout experience.
• SQL or SSRS experience preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Implement Sunrise EMR (Core and Ambulatory) at client sites in Manitoba.
• Execute project work-plan tasks with PMs, Solution Architects, Clinical Consultants, and CMIOs.
• Perform configuration tasks and provide high-level guidance on system configuration.
• Deliver workflow consultation for ambulatory processes such as scheduling and clinical documentation.
• Identify and resolve issues during the implementation project.
• Provide activation support, meeting or exceeding transformation targets.
• Set expectations with stakeholders from end-users to CMIOs and manage them through the project life cycle.
• Anticipate client needs and engage stakeholders for successful delivery.
