Job summary

Altera Digital Health seeks a Sr Implementation Consultant to deploy Sunrise EMR Core and Ambulatory across client sites in the U.S. You will drive workflow optimization, coordinate with PMs, architects, and CMIOs, and ensure successful go‑lives.

You will leverage 2+ years of healthcare IT implementation experience, strong EMR knowledge, and SQL/SSRS skills in a remote role with some travel.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on healthcare IT implementation and configuration experience.
Strong, demonstrated functional knowledge of an EMR/EHR system.
Specific expertise in Altera Sunrise EMR (Core or Ambulatory) preferred; Epic/Meditech valued with clinic workflow knowledge.
Experience in formal implementation project teams and healthcare workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

Implement the Sunrise EMR Core and Ambulatory solutions at client sites across the U.S.
Lead workplan tasks and collaborate with PMs, Solution Architects, clinicians, and CMIOs.
Perform complex system configuration and provide high‑level guidance to clients.
Translate paper-based workflows into optimized electronic processes for ambulatory clinics.
Identify and resolve system/workflow issues during the implementation lifecycle.
Provide activation support and help clients achieve utilization and transformation targets.
