• Strong communication skills with high attention to detail.

• Familiarity with Agile or waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers to develop application solutions that meet business requirements.
• Utilize functional knowledge of Sunrise technologies to support application development and enhancements.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define detailed business requirements.
• Act as liaison between vendors, IS teams, and business users for smooth implementations.
• Translate business requirements into designs, user story maps, and functional specs.
• Prepare and deliver design documents and business process workflows for project execution.
• Partner with development teams through build, configuration, and testing to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Verify software implementations meet business specifications and quality standards.
• Demonstrate new software functionalities to users and incorporate feedback.
