The Denver office of Fisher Phillips LLP seeks a mid to senior level litigation associate licensed in Utah and Colorado to join our Employment Litigation team. This position will be based in Denver with a hybrid work environment and is ideal for an attorney with 6+ years of employment litigation experience.

Typical day-to-day duties include handling Colorado and Utah matters from start to finish, responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating

Qualificações

• 6+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Experience with Title VII matters.
• Experience with unpaid compensation and wage-related claims.
• Experience handling harassment and employment-related claims.
• Strong written, oral, and client-communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and growth-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Handle Colorado and Utah litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Respond to pleadings and manage discovery.
• Take depositions and argue motions.
• Participate in mediations and related proceedings.
• Draft and revise employee handbooks; provide training and guidance.
