Job summary

The Denver office of Fisher Phillips seeks a mid to senior level litigation associate licensed in Montana and Colorado to join our Employment Litigation team. This position will be based in Denver and offers a hybrid work environment with mentorship from talented partners.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of employment litigation experience, strong writing and client communication skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to grow the practice while handling matters in Colorado and Montana from

Qualifications

• 6+ years of employment litigation experience and strong academic credentials.
• Admission to the Colorado Bar and Montana Bar is required.
• Ability to manage matters from inception through resolution and draft/ revise handbooks.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and client-communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle Colorado and Montana litigation matters from start to finish.
• Respond to pleadings, manage discovery, take depositions, argue motions, and mediate when needed.
• Draft and revise handbooks, train staff, and address client challenges under employment laws.
