Ideal candidates have 6+ years of employment litigation, trial experience, and the ability to manage matters from inception through resolution, including handling Title VII, wage-related, and harassment claims.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Colorado and Utah bar admission required; JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Trial and evidentiary hearing experience.
• Ability to manage matters from inception through resolution.
• Experience handling Title VII matters.
• Experience with unpaid compensation and wage-related claims.
• Experience handling harassment and employment-related claims.
• Strong written, oral, and client-communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and growth orientation.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team handling Colorado and Utah litigation matters from start to finish, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and mediations.
• Drafting and revising handbooks, training materials, and related employment guidance.
• Collaborate with clients to address challenges under state and federal employment laws.
