Qualifications

• 6+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Active Colorado Bar license required.
• Experience handling Title VII matters.
• Ability to manage matters from inception through resolution.
• Collaborative, growth‑minded team player.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters from start to finish as part of a team.
• Respond to pleadings and manage discovery.
• Take depositions and argue motions; participate in mediations.
• Draft and revise employee handbooks and workplace policies.
• Advise clients on day‑to‑day employment law issues.
