• 6+ years of employment litigation experience
• Trial experience or evidentiary hearing experience
• Ability to manage matters independently from inception through resolution
• Experience handling Title VII matters
• Experience with unpaid compensation and wage-related claims
• Experience handling harassment and employment-related claims
• Strong written, oral, and client-communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in growing a practice
• Admission to Montana and Colorado Bar is required

Responsabilités

• Handle Colorado and Montana employment litigation matters from start to finish
• Respond to pleadings and manage discovery
• Take depositions and argue motions
• Participate in mediations and settlement discussions
• Draft and revise employment handbooks and related materials
• Collaborate with partners and clients to grow the practice
