The role centers on drafting major motions, class certification briefs, and dispositive filings, collaborating with top trial lawyers while maintaining a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Judicial clerkship or wage & hour class action experience.
• Exceptional legal writing with samples available.
• JD from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Draft and refine class certification briefs, dispositive motions and other substantive filings in complex wage & hour class actions and employment litigation.
• Partner with trial attorneys to develop litigation strategy and persuasive legal arguments.
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and analyse evolving employment law issues.
• Review deposition transcripts, discovery and evidentiary records to build compelling written advocacy.
• Support litigation teams through key milestones, hearings and strategic motion practice.
• Play an integral role in some of California's most significant plaintiff-side employment class actions.
