We Are Legal Revolution in California is seeking a junior to mid-level associate focused on labor and employment law. The role blends counseling and litigation, handling both advisory matters and courtroom or agency-related disputes, with increasing independence over time.

You will work remotely with flexible arrangements across California, supporting public and private sector clients on FEHA, wage-hour, discrimination issues and class actions while developing strong legal writing and research

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of legal experience.
• Experience in California labor and employment law.
• Background in counseling and litigation on employment matters.
• Preferred: FEHA, wage & hour, class actions or discrimination issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle a mix of labor and employment counseling and litigation matters.
• Manage assigned matters with increasing independence over time.
• Support employment work for public and private sector clients.
• Apply California labor and employment law across varied issues.
