Job summary

Talnt seeks an Employment Partner in California to lead wage and hour litigation for employers, serving as a strategic advisor and mentoring junior attorneys. This fully remote role supports Orange County and Downtown Los Angeles matters.

Candidates must be admitted to the California Bar with substantial employer-side litigation experience, including class actions and PAGA, and a track record of client development.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership.
• Significant experience representing employers in wage and hour litigation.
• Strong advocacy, writing, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead defense of employers in complex wage and hour litigation in CA state and federal courts.
• Develop litigation strategy from pre-litigation through trial, appeal.
• Mentor junior associates and manage litigation teams.
• Maintain and expand client relationships and advise on risk management.
