We Are Legal Revolution seeks an Employment Litigation Associate in San Francisco for a high-stakes practice with exposure to both plaintiffs and defendants. The role offers direct client contact, responsibility on lean teams and opportunities in counseling, investigations and risk mitigation.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years of litigation experience, strong writing and research skills, and active California Bar admission.

Qualifications

• State and/or federal court litigation experience.
• Dispositive motions and discovery management.
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of California employment law and civil procedure.
• Active California Bar admission in good standing.

Responsabilités

• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery and substantive briefs.
• Conduct and defend depositions and support hearings, mediations and settlement conferences.
• Advise employers and employees on disputes, compliance and risk.
• Conduct workplace investigations and support internal employment assessments.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel and agency representatives.
• Take ownership of key workstreams and contribute to case strategy.
