Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution, a confidential plaintiff-side employment litigation firm in California, seeks an associate attorney to support a busy docket across wage-hour, discrimination, whistleblower, and related claims. This is a 100% litigation role for an attorney who enjoys writing and ownership of matters in a high-trust environment.

Location is Remote with compensation including discretionary annual bonuses and a commission-based structure for origination, plus health/dental and 401(k)

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership.
• 1 to 4 years of employment law experience preferred.
• Maturity and emotion regulation in a high-trust, high-responsibility environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of employment litigation, including case assessment, pleadings, discovery, and motion practice.
• Draft and revise demand letters, complaints, written discovery, and motions.
• Support deposition preparation and strategy, including outlines and exhibit organization.
• Assist with settlement strategy and participation in mediations and negotiations.
• Work on wage-and-hour, discrimination/harassment/retaliation, whistleblower and related labor issues.
