• Excellent writing and communication skills are required.
• Interest in business development and client expansion for the practice area.
• Existing portable client business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for resolving labor and employment disputes in state and federal tribunals.
• Advise clients on employment policies and agreements and provide strategic counsel.
• Conduct and oversee internal investigations for management-side clients.
• Ensure compliance with applicable state, federal and local labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in growing the Employment Litigation practice and client base.
