Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Maryland State Bar membership in good standing.
• 5+ years of employment-law experience with a focus on litigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on complex employment law issues, including discrimination, wage-hour, and benefits.
• Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and mediation across employment disputes.
• Draft and negotiate employment contracts, severance agreements, and related documents.
• Lead business development initiatives to grow the firm’s employment practice.
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and staff while expanding the team.
