Adams & Martin Group in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Paralegal – Employment Litigation to support attorneys on complex employment matters, case management, legal research, and trial preparation.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of paralegal experience in employment litigation, strong calendaring, drafting, and familiarity with LexisNexis, Westlaw, document management systems, and billing software.

Formación

• 6+ years of paralegal experience, preferably supporting employment litigation matters.
• Strong litigation case management and calendaring experience.
• Experience drafting and preparing legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Trial, mediation, and deposition preparation experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, LexisNexis, Westlaw, document management systems, and billing software.
• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct legal research and factual investigations to support attorneys on active matters.
• Review, analyze, and summarize legal documents and records.
• Draft pleadings, complaints, declarations, affidavits, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Organize, maintain, and index litigation and case files.
• Determine, monitor, and calendar court deadlines and key litigation dates.
• Prepare and file pleadings and related documents with courts.
• Assist attorneys with deposition preparation and coordination.
• Communicate with witnesses, experts, and other parties involved in litigation matters.
• Prepare materials and exhibits for mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Provide trial support and assist attorneys during trial proceedings.
• Compile legal research and case‑related information for attorney review.
• Coordinate scheduling and litigation logistics.
• Enter billing and expense information accurately and timely.
