Qualifications

• 4+ years supporting complex, high-volume litigation
• Advanced document formatting and proofreading
• Experience with litigation technology such as NetDocuments, Everlaw, or Westlaw

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive litigation support across all phases of complex matters
• Prepare, format, revise, and proofread pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery per templates
• Assist with deposition, hearing, mediation, and trial prep with exhibits
• Perform advanced Word formatting including TOC/TOA, redlines, headers/footers
• Maintain organized case files per firm document management standards
• Support time entry and case billing for matters
