Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of employment statutes, regulations, and workplace compliance.
• Excellent research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Strong client development and relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a wide range of employment law issues and workforce-related matters.
• Represent employers in litigation, arbitration, mediation, and administrative proceedings.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, restrictive covenants, severance agreements, policies, and related documents.
• Manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and other court filings.
• Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial work.
• Provide strategic counseling on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to deliver client solutions.
• Develop and expand client relationships through networking and business development initiatives.
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and support staff.
• Contribute to long-term growth and leadership of the employment practice.
