Job summary

UPS is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to lead its global legal team in Atlanta, Georgia. You will manage a diverse portfolio of employment disputes, develop litigation strategy, and coordinate with HR and executives to align legal risk with business objectives.

The role requires supervision of legal support staff, strong advocacy skills, and the ability to guide senior leaders through complex jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active and in-good-standing license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• At least 7 years of progressively responsible legal experience, with substantial employment-litigation background.

Responsibilities

• Lead employment litigation strategy and case management in federal/state courts and arbitration.
• Direct outside counsel and coordinate with HR, Labor Relations, and business leaders on risk and outcomes.
• Oversee discovery, depositions, motions, mediation, settlement, and trial preparation.
