• Significant employment litigation experience required.
• Ability to independently lead single-plaintiff matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
• Experience handling wage-and-hour matters under FLSA and related state laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and depositions.
• Draft briefs, respond to pleadings, and prepare matters for mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Manage matters through resolution with clients and opposing counsel.
