The role is largely in-office in Atlanta, with four days per week on site, offering meaningful responsibility and exposure to high-stakes disputes.

The position emphasizes courtroom advocacy, depositions, written briefs, and comprehensive discovery, with mentorship from seasoned partners and collaborative growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2 to 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong litigation background from private practice.
• Experience with hearings and depositions.
• Demonstrated research, writing, and discovery skills.
• Preferred: Employment or commercial litigation experience.

Responsabilités

• Handle court appearances and motion hearings.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft briefs and persuasive motions.
• Manage written discovery and strategy.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
