Job summary

Wilshire Law Firm seeks a Senior Litigation Attorney in Employment to lead complex matters and shape strategy as it expands its Pacific Northwest practice in Oregon and Washington.

You will manage wage-and-hour class and FLSA actions, plus single-plaintiff discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful-termination cases, while mentoring attorneys and building the firm's Northwest presence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years employment litigation experience including wage-and-hour actions.
• Strong strategy, motion practice, discovery, and mediation skills.
• Trial or substantial trial-prep experience required.
• Deep knowledge of Oregon and Washington plaintiff/defense communities.
• Ownership mindset with drive to deliver results for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex employment litigation from intake through resolution, trial, or appeal.
• Develop case, certification, discovery, damages, and settlement strategies.
• Litigate under applicable wage and hour laws and statutes.
• Handle matters before administrative agencies including state and federal bodies.
• Lead motion practice, depositions, class and collective certification, mediation, and trial prep.
• Mentor attorneys and collaborate with a strong litigation support team.
• Help build Wilshire’s presence and reputation in the Pacific Northwest.
