Wilshire Law Firm seeks a Senior Attorney in Employment (OR/WA) to lead wage-and-hour class actions and single-plaintiff cases, shaping strategy and expanding the firm’s Pacific Northwest employment practice.

You will own matters from intake to resolution, mentor junior attorneys, and represent clients before state and federal agencies with a culture focused on accountability and results.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon and/or Washington Bar membership.
• 7+ years employment litigation experience, including wage-and-hour class or collective actions and single-plaintiff matters.
• Strong command of litigation strategy, motion practice, discovery, depositions, and mediation.
• Trial or substantial trial-preparation experience.
• In-depth knowledge of plaintiff and defense communities in Oregon and Washington.
• A leader with an ownership mindset, solid judgment, and the drive to deliver meaningful results for clients.

Responsabilités

• Lead motion practice, depositions, class and collective certification, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Mentor attorneys and collaborate with a strong litigation support team.
• Help build Wilshire’s presence and reputation throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Senior Attorney, Employment (OR, WA)

As a Senior Litigation Attorney in our Employment Department, you will help lead Wilshire Law Firm’s expansion into the Pacific Northwest. This is an opportunity for an experienced litigator to take ownership of significant matters, shape strategy, and help build our Oregon and Washington employment practice.

Wilshire’s culture rewards accountability, sound judgment, and results. You will lead wage-and-hour class and FLSA collective actions, as well as single-plaintiff discrimination, retaliation, harassment, accommodation, and wrongful-termination cases.

What You’ll Do

• Lead complex employment litigation from intake through resolution, trial, or appeal.
• Develop case, certification, discovery, damages, and settlement strategies.

What We’re Looking For

Compensation

• $200,000 - $350,000 based on experience, plus performance-based incentives
