Qualifications

• 5–8 years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law and/or wage and hour litigation.
• Experience handling complex matters with increasing responsibility.
• Familiarity with class and collective action litigation is highly desirable.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Pennsylvania Bar admission.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment, leadership, and a commitment to exceptional client service.
• Interest in business development and long-term practice growth.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage employment litigation from inception to resolution.
• Handle a broad range of workplace disputes, including harassment and retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and class/collective actions.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.
• Manage written discovery, document production, and e-discovery strategy.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions.
• Lead or play a significant role in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Develop litigation strategy and provide practical legal guidance to clients.
• Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with litigation teams across offices.
