Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Current license to practice law in the state.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in employment litigation, with a strong track record of success.
• Proficient in legal research, with the ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective litigation strategies.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to persuasively argue cases and clearly explain legal concepts to clients.
• Strong negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve favorable settlements for clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation from initiation to resolution, including trial, arbitration, mediation, and settlement.
• Conduct thorough legal research to identify relevant laws, precedents, and facts to support our clients' cases.
• Prepare and draft a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, responses, and other court filings.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, trials, and other court proceedings.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies tailored to each client's specific needs and objectives.
• Provide sound legal advice to clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their cases and explaining complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
