• Active Pennsylvania Bar admission.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle a broad range of workplace disputes, including: employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour litigation, and class/collective actions.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.
• Manage written discovery, document production, and e‑discovery strategy.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue dispositive and non‑dispositive motions.
• Lead or participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Develop litigation strategy and provide practical legal guidance to clients.
• Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with litigation teams across offices.
