Ideal candidate has first-chair trial experience, can manage matters from inception to resolution, and is comfortable handling Title VII, wage-and-hour, harassment claims. Admission to the Colorado Bar is required.

• 10+ years of employment litigation experience

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters from start to finish, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and mediations.
• Draft/revise handbooks; train and advise clients on employment laws and related challenges.
