The candidate will provide strategic legal counsel to employers on workplace disputes and compliance with federal and state employment laws, with a focus on strong client relationships and practical guidance.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado bar admission.
• Minimum of 6 years of employment litigation experience.
• Demonstrated trial experience.
• Ability to manage litigation independently from inception to resolution.
• Experience handling Title VII, wage-related, and harassment claims.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, client counseling, and relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage employment litigation from inception through resolution.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and other documents.
• Take and defend depositions; argue motions; participate in trials and mediations.
• Represent employers on Title VII, discrimination, harassment, and wage claims.
• Develop litigation strategies and provide practical guidance on complex matters.
• Advise clients on federal and state employment laws and compliance.
• Draft and revise employee handbooks and workplace policies.
• Provide training and guidance to employers on employment-law challenges.
• Collaborate with partners and legal teams on various matters.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
