Latitude is seeking an experienced Healthcare Litigation Associate for a boutique Boston firm with a hybrid schedule. You will manage the full litigation lifecycle, advise clients on regulatory and compliance matters, and handle internal investigations for a diverse healthcare client base.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of healthcare litigation experience, MA bar or ability to waive in, and excellent academic credentials, with prior law firm or in-house experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with the full litigation lifecycle, including depositions, brief writing, subpoena response, trial preparation, and ADR
• Healthcare litigation experience strongly preferred
• Experience handling internal investigations and administrative matters (state/federal investigations, rate/audit appeals, licensure proceedings)
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance law strongly preferred
• Ability to provide practical legal advice on regulatory, compliance, licensing and certification, incident response and risk management in healthcare
• Strong oral and written communication skills with clear legal writing and analysis
• Experience at a well-regarded law firm and/or in-house legal team
• Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
• MA Bar licensure or ability to waive in is required
• Outstanding professional references
