Aufgaben

• Defending wage-and-hour class actions, discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination matters, tort and contract actions.
• Drafting motions for summary judgment and other dispositive motions.
• Advising clients on employment policies, procedures and legal risks related to employment practices.
• Supporting transactional and counseling matters, including employee handbooks, policies, procedures and agreements, training, crisis management and workplace investigations.
• Contributing to client and industry education through webinars, seminars, a weekly newsletter and media commentary on developments in employment law.
