Overview

• The practice is dynamic and long-established, representing premier local and national employers.
• The firm is one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management, handling all types of employment-related legal matters, including traditional labor and employment, workplace safety, employee benefits, and business immigration matters.
• The associate will assume a significant role in all aspects of labor and employment law, performing duties such as legal research, drafting memoranda, motions, and pleadings, attending court conferences, handling discovery and investigations, drafting position statements and dispositive motions, and counseling clients.
• The role requires extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel, alongside an ability to relate to and inspire confidence with sophisticated business clients.
• Required experience should be predominantly focused on class and collective actions, including wage and hour work.
• The firm conducts regular all-attorney in-person conferences throughout the country.
