Linking Organizations & Workforce in the New York City Metropolitan Area seeks a seasoned Senior Legal Counsel to lead its Employment Law practice. The role involves managing complex litigation, handling EPLI and class actions, and guiding day-to-day workplace compliance.

Candidates must hold a JD from an ABA-accredited school with active bar status (NY preferred) and at least five years of substantive employment-law experience with strong litigation capabilities.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in good standing (NJ, NY, PA, or CA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of substantive employment law and litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage sophisticated employment litigation including administrative charges, EPLI, single-plaintiff and class/PAGA actions.
• Advise on labor relations (union organizing, collective bargaining, NLRB proceedings) and workplace compliance.
• Support corporate transactions and provide day-to-day employment-law counseling.
