The candidate will counsel clients on employment-related compliance, risk management, and complex legislative issues, with strong writing and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of labor and employment-related litigation experience.
• Significant experience with employment discrimination, whistleblower, wage and hour, trade secret, and restrictive covenant matters.
• Substantial experience with client counseling and employment compliance matters.
• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in labor and employment-related litigation matters.
• Handle employment discrimination, whistleblower, wage and hour, trade secret, and restrictive covenant disputes.
• Advise clients on employment-related counseling, compliance, and risk management matters.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies based on complex legal and factual issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Assist with discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Analyze employment-related laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and clients to develop practical, solutions-oriented strategies.
• Manage multiple matters, deadlines, and responsibilities in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Provide exceptional client service while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and legal work product.
