RingCentral seeks a Senior Employment Counsel to provide practical legal advice across a broad range of employment matters in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will partner with HR and leadership to manage risk and enable the business to scale, while advising on domestic and international matters in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a JD and Colorado bar license, 4+ years of U.S. employment law experience, and preferred in-house experience.

Qualifications

• JD and Colorado bar license required.
• 4+ years of U.S. employment law experience.
• In-house experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with ability to translate legal concepts into business guidance.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of domestic and international employment and labor law matters.
• Draft, review, and update employment-related agreements, policies, and templates.
• Manage internal investigations, employment-related claims, audits, and administrative complaints.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to evaluate and implement employment practices and processes.
• Manage employment litigation matters with internal and external counsel and support immigration initiatives.
