Job summary

Chainalysis is seeking an experienced Employment Counsel to advise on global employment matters and support the company’s rapid growth. You will negotiate employment and severance agreements, lead internal investigations, and help shape workplace policies and training.

A JD and 4–6 years at top firms/tech companies are expected, with US bar admission and global mobility experience. You will collaborate with the Legal team and external counsel worldwide, balancing risk and business needs in a

Qualifications

Juris Doctorate and 4–6 years of experience from a top-tier law firm and company in SaaS, data services or technology.
Member of a U.S. state bar in good standing.
Expertise in U.S. and global employment law matters and pragmatic commercial advisory.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational and judgment skills.

Responsibilities

Provide advice on a broad spectrum of global employment law issues including employee relations, performance management, discipline, grievances, equity and mobility.
Prepare and negotiate employment and severance agreements.
Support internal investigations into misconduct, policy violations, disputes and litigation.
Help develop and review workplace policies and training across the company.
Liaise with outside counsel in the U.S. and other jurisdictions as required.
