About the team & opportunity
Ontra is seeking a Senior Employer Brand Specialist to join our Employee Experience (EX) team. The EX team is on a mission to elevate the employee journey. We help curate an inclusive workplace where innovation thrives and individuals grow personally and professionally. By curating experiences, supporting retention efforts, and championing belonging, we’re setting the standard in our industry and making work feel like anything but.
As a member of the EX team, you'll collaborate on initiatives across various workstreams, including Internal Communication Strategy, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, and Internal Events & Team Gatherings, to ensure our employer brand is integrated into all aspects of the employee experience. You will be responsible for developing innovative strategies that position Ontra as an employer of choice, enhancing our reputation in the market, and fostering a strong sense of pride and advocacy among our employees.
Ontra is a remote-first company, offering employees the flexibility to work from where they are most effective. However, this role will require the ability to travel approximately 3-4 times per quarter for team meetings, content creation trips, or company events.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence how the world perceives Ontra as an employer. This involves developing and managing key workstreams such as our EVP, social media presence, internal communications, employee advocacy programs, and career site content. You will empower our employees to share their authentic experiences, creating compelling content that resonates with both internal and external audiences.

Pay Transparency
Ontra takes individual candidate location, experience, and skills into consideration when determining compensation. The base pay range is listed below. Additionally, all positions are eligible for unit-based equity grants.
Some positions may be eligible for additional compensation, such as commission or other variable compensation structures, which is not included in the below base pay range.
