Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience conducting workplace investigations and resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations (EEOC, ADA, FMLA, FLSA).
• Strong understanding of discipline, performance management, and separations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Employee Relations team; guide investigations and issue resolution.
• Escalate complex investigations; ensure impartiality and compliance with laws.
• Monitor cases and documentation; support leadership in discipline and separations.
• Contribute to metrics, trends, and proactive improvement of employee relations processes.
