• 5+ years of progressive experience in HR, behavioral or organizational psychology.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Advise department directors, managers, and supervisors on employee relations matters.
• Lead complex, high-risk workplace investigations and prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations.
• Ensure consistent application of city policies and employment laws (ADA, FMLA, Title VII as applicable).
• Interpret City Administrative Regulations and federal/state laws to ensure compliance.
• Assist with policy updates and enhancements based on trends and outcomes.
• Support audits, litigation, and external inquiries as needed.
