As a trusted advisor to HR partners and department leaders, you will drive policy interpretation, performance management guidance, and organizational risk mitigation within a public-sector framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, business administration, public administration, or a related field.
• Progressively responsible HR experience with employee relations and supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience advising managers on complex employee relations, performance, disciplinary, workplace conduct, or policy matters.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and manages the day-to-day operations of the Employee Relations function.
• Supervises and develops Employee Relations staff and oversees investigations.
• Advises HR Partners and leadership on employee relations, policy interpretation, and disciplinary actions.
• Develops and maintains HR policies and employee handbook content.
• Analyzes cases and trends to recommend organizational interventions.
