Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Business Partner to provide guidance on complex employee relations issues and lead investigations across the organization. You will partner with HR, Legal, and leadership to deliver consistent, fair outcomes that align with our values.

You will handle multiple cases, analyze trends, and help promote a positive, compliant employee relations climate while working predominantly remotely with periodic travel to support investigations within the

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management or related field with 4 years’ related experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience handling all aspects of employee relations issues ( intake, review, resolution ).
Advanced knowledge of workplace investigations, union avoidance, and employment laws.
Ability to influence, communicate, and build credibility at all levels.
Travel up to 25% for investigations and work remotely.

Responsibilities

Serve as employee relations expert, guiding on concerns and conducting investigations.
Perform and document investigations per ER guidelines.
Partner with ER team, People Leaders, HRBP, Legal and others on recommendations.
Champion compliance, interpret policies, ensure consistent application.
Own assigned ER cases in case management system and Ethics Hotline.
Analyze trends to identify opportunities and improve engagement.
Promote a positive ER climate across the organization.
Assist with information gathering for legal complaints and charges.
