ElevenLabs is expanding its Employee Relations function and seeks an ER Partner to own sensitive people cases across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll lead performance processes, investigations, and disciplinary matters in collaboration with Legal and external counsel, shaping playbooks and scalable ER workflows.

This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to coach leaders through difficult conversations while building robust processes for a fast-growing, global company.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience leading employee relations cases across performance, investigations and disciplinaries.
• Strong judgment, discretion, clarity and fairness in sensitive issues.
• Comfortable working with in-house and outside counsel on legal matters.
• Ability to build processes, playbooks and scalable ER workflows.

Mansioni

• Lead formal performance processes end-to-end with Leads and People Partners.
• Run fair investigations into misconduct, grievances and complaints from fact-finding to outcome.
• Manage disciplinary, dismissal, and exit matters with Legal input.
• Build playbooks, templates, and training to raise ER capability and reduce cases.
