LG Electronics USA is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to sales and marketing leaders, translating business priorities into people strategies. The role partners with leaders to strengthen leadership, support transformation, enable growth, and foster a high-performing culture.

As a trusted partner, you will navigate challenges, develop talent, improve team effectiveness, and implement workforce strategies that drive results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HRBP experience supporting sales, marketing, product, or other customer-facing orgs.
• Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Experience coaching managers and senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability and performance.
• Strong business acumen with ability to leverage workforce data to influence decisions.
• Experience partnering with Compensation on incentive plans, promotions, and internal mobility.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels of the org.
• Bachelor's degree required; HR certification and/or project management experience preferred.
• In-office 5 days a week in Englewood Cliffs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align talent strategies with objectives and workforce plans.
• Coach managers to strengthen leadership effectiveness and drive accountability.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and talent initiatives.
• Drive culture and engagement initiatives aligned with LG's values.
• Utilize workforce analytics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Advise leaders on performance management and employee relations.
• Lead succession planning and retention strategies to strengthen capability.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring and onboarding strategies.
• Collaborate with Compensation on sales incentive plans and internal mobility.
