Job summary

LG Electronics in Englewood Cliffs is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to align talent strategies with business goals and drive growth. You will partner with sales, marketing, and product leaders to enhance leadership capability and foster a high-performing culture.

This in-office role requires 7+ years of HRBP experience and a Bachelor's degree. You will leverage workforce analytics to inform decisions and collaborate with compensation on incentives and internal mobility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years HRBP experience supporting sales, marketing, product, or other customer-facing orgs.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change, business expansion, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience coaching managers and senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability and accountability.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to leverage workforce data and insights.
• Bachelor's degree required; HR certification and/or project management experience preferred.
• In-office 5 days a week in Englewood Cliffs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align talent strategies with objectives and priorities.
• Coach managers to strengthen leadership effectiveness and drive high-performing teams.
• Lead workforce planning, org design, and talent initiatives for growth and transformation.
• Drive culture and engagement initiatives aligned with LG values.
• Use workforce analytics to identify risks and develop data-driven solutions.
• Advise on performance management, employee relations, and policy interpretation.
• Lead succession planning, talent reviews, retention strategies, and leadership development.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring and onboarding strategies.
• Collaborate with Compensation on sales incentives, promotions, and internal mobility.
• Work with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver scalable, business-focused programs.
