Job summary

FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is seeking a Compensation Specialist to partner with HR leadership in planning and implementing compensation programs that align with our goals and competitive practices.

You will analyze compensation data, administer plans in compliance with regulations, and support leadership with data-driven recommendations while collaborating with recruitment and management across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR/Business or related field.
• 1+ year of HR experience, compensation focus preferred.
• CCP certification preferred; must be obtained within 2 years.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and administer compensation programs and policies to align with goals and competitive practices.
• Analyze compensation data to support pay equity and competitive practices.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations in compensation tasks.
• Collaborate with leadership and recruiting on compensation and related tasks.
