The Employee Relations Partner II serves as an experienced workplace investigator responsible for resolving complex workplace concerns across the organization. This role conducts thorough, timely and legally defensible investigations into allegations including serious policy violations, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, timekeeping/payroll concerns, and workplace misconduct. The ER Partner II acts as a subject matter expert in investigatory best practices, ensures consistency and fairness in the investigative process, and provides recommendations that mitigate risk and strengthen organizational culture. Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred)
Experience Requirements: 8–10 years experience in relevant field (Employee relations and investigations experience preferred)
