Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Employee Relations professional to act as the first point of contact for leaders and colleagues, handling inquiries with empathy and ensuring fair, consistent resolution.

You will interpret policies, advise on disciplinary matters, and coordinate with Legal to preserve records. This full-time role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and a strong commitment to a respectful workplace.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and/or HR Generalist experience (leadership experience may substitute)

Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact for leaders and colleagues via centralized phone system and resolve issues.
• Review and assess inquiries from email/self-serve portal/Ethics Line; resolve or direct for further research.
• Achieve first contact resolution and provide proactive support to colleagues.
• Assist with policy interpretation and application of CVS Health policies and the Code of Conduct.
• Consult with leaders regarding colleague discipline and performance issues.
• Respond to inquiries and escalate when necessary.
• Partner with Legal to retain and provide records on request.
• Respond to inquiries related to workforce reduction and escalate as needed.
• Provide cross-functional support to other business areas.
