SMBC Group is expanding its Employee Relations team to support the organization and employees with fairness, consistency, and discretion. The Employee Relations Investigator will leverage ER investigations, U.S.

employment law, HR policies, reporting, and trend analysis to provide timely, efficient resolutions to serious and high-risk concerns. This role will manage a portfolio of workplace investigations and contribute to broader Americas Division initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of investigations, employee relations, and/or employment law experience.
• Excellent strategic and tactical investigation skills.
• Advanced writing, analytical, and relationship management skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct complex, sensitive investigations and interview employees at all levels.
• Maintain documentation of process, findings, and recommendations; prepare summaries.
• Manage a dynamic investigative caseload and prioritize workload.
