Responsibilities

• Lead sensitive and complex investigations into employment issues and policy violations.
• Plan neutral fact-finding investigations, conduct intake interviews, and interview relevant parties.
• Review evidence and provide objective findings with recommendations for corrective action.
• Document investigations with clear, professional reports and maintain case records.
• Manage caseload, meet deadlines, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
