Job summary

ASML is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Investigator to conduct sensitive investigations into harassment, discrimination, accommodation, and retaliation issues. The role requires strong interviewing, analytical, and communication skills, with confidentiality and impartiality under pressure.

You will report to the US Head of Employee Relations and work closely with Legal, HR, and leadership. The position supports an inclusive culture across locations in Chandler, AZ; San Diego, CA;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR related field.
• 7+ years of experience in employee relations investigations.
• Familiar with federal, state and local law.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and impartiality under pressure.
• Strong interviewing, listening, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct sensitive investigations into employment issues and policy violations.
• Plan, interview, gather evidence, and develop an investigation plan with witnesses.
• Analyze evidence and provide objective findings and recommendations for action.
• Prepare clear, detailed investigation reports and manage caseloads to deadlines.
